Tuning the body up is critical for pre-season prep and in-season maintenance. Yoga + Mobility For Skiers is an at-home, progressive, video-based, self-guided program designed taught by Bozeman based Yoga Instructor Nico Hurley.
This is not simply a course on general stretching. This a program that has been specifically designed with backcountry skiers in mind to increase your strength & mobility in the mountains.
